Paul has 40 years’ experience in international drug development working across a vast array of therapeutic areas. He has been a consultant to many major drug companies and helped launch many block-buster brands.
With his clinical and marketing background, he brings objectivity and clinical reality to PerPharmance projects.

Bryony Thomas

Bryony Thomas

Performance Director

Bryony has a first-class degree in modern theatre and trained in physical performance at L’École Internationale de Théâtre Jacques Lecoq, Paris. She has been performing and directing professionally for the past 15 years in theatre and corporate settings.

Over the past 5 years she has specialised in medical role-play work and performed and directed in 20 countries worldwide. Bryony oversees all performance elements of PerPharmance, sourcing and training actors and providing onsite direction for projects.

Jared Rogers

Jared Rogers

Director of Photography

Jared works in both the corporate and commercial sector as a Director of Photography.  Previous companies he has worked for include: Microsoft, Samsung, Casio, Burberry, Gieves and Hawkes and others in the tech, retail and automotive industries.

Jared has worked with filming projects across Europe and North America alongside PerPharmance’s clients for the past three years.

Carole Evans

Carole Evans

Operations Director

Carole has held positions including Head of Data Systems for a UK-based contract research organisation, and Director of Global Operations for an international outcomes research consultancy, having started working in pharmaceutical research in 1978.

Carole’s role is to ensure PerPharmance’s operational and financial processes are effective and efficient.

Claire Carreno

Claire Carreno

Project Manager

Claire has a French drama baccalaureate and trained at Cardiff University, obtaining a degree in Performing Arts.  Her focus on screen acting has allowed her to work on several independent feature films, commercials and shorts.

She joined PerPharmance in 2016, after being cast for a medical role play part in Paris. Claire has worked with the company ever since as an actor and project manager.
